Tivoli - Discover the city

Created in August 2003 under the name "Tivoli, a city to discover," the website was created with the aim of inviting visitors to discover the city’s countless and invaluable artistic treasures, many of which remain unknown to most people, overshadowed by the imposing presence of Villa d’Este and Hadrian’s Villa.

The website was featured by RAI International online as one of the best Italian websites.

Over the years, the content of the website has evolved and expanded to include several neighboring towns and regional parks (such as the Lucretili, Simbruini and Ruffi Mountains).

In practice, the entire surrounding area has been carefully explored and presented as a collection of destinations to visit and discover, with Tivoli as the starting point.

For this reason, in late spring 2007, the website underwent a complete redesign, both in terms of its graphics and its content, and [www.tibursuperbum.it](https://www.tibursuperbum.it) was born under the name "Tivoli and Surroundings, Lands to Discover."

Today, the website, partially translated into English and Spanish, consists of approximately 1,800 pages covering various sections: local history, ancient history, monuments, towns, hiking and nature, services, gastronomy, and more.

Our website is available to promote events organized by associations free of charge, sharing information about them with all our visitors.
